I believe that women can have it all without sacrificing the other areas in life. By developing a strategy, accountability, and mindset work you can discover a better way to enrich and live the life you want to lead.
As a speaker, strategist, and mindset transformation coach I want to help women stand in power and embrace their femininity. I am the founder and CEO of The Fab Chieftess, a brand whose purpose is to inform and inspire women to reclaim their feminine authority, boost confidence, address impostor syndrome, and overcome fear so that they can bring their aspirations to life.
Prior to launching my company, I served as a program manager for high-profile clients. As an ambitious go-getter, I had a plan for life and often pushed myself to achieve with my career, finances, and responsibility. Other women would question my ambition or seek advice on how they could alter areas of their life beyond career. It came as a surprise to learn that intelligent and capable women allowed perfectionism, impostor syndrome, and the myth that they could not have it all dictate how they lived.
This led me to pursue coaching, develop a brand, and launch the She Minds app in order to provide education, positive impact, empower women, and build community. By merging my corporate and life experience, business acumen, and passion, I have created a space to effectively serve clients that find themselves at the crossroads of vision and overwhelm.
I work with women across all walks of life to help them harness the power of mindset, personalized self-care, accountability, and strategy. As a pet mom, partner, and entrepreneur I understand the challenges and stresses of everyday life that can disrupt the best-laid plans.
As a mindset practitioner and coach, I believe that investment in your growth does not have to be complicated or expensive - but it does have to be intentional.
