How to create your daily gratitude practice

1. Find a time of day that works for you.

2. Write down 3 things you're grateful for from your day.

3. Reflect on how those things made your life better, and why they make you happy.

4. Share this list with someone else who needs to hear it too!

5. Reward yourself with something small after each list is complete - this could be anything from a nice cup of tea to reading an interesting article online or watching the latest episode of your favorite TV show (don't forget to include what YOU'RE grateful for in these lists!)

6. Keep practicing every single day, even if it's hard at first! It will get easier over time as more good things happen because of it :)

7) If all else fails, remember these 4 words - "I'm grateful." This can be enough sometimes, but feel free to write a full gratitude list if needed! :-)

8) Remember that no matter what happens in our lives, we have so much to be thankful for and should never stop being grateful :)"

9) Be creative about how often you practice gratitude - some people do one daily list while others do 3 per week or 1-2 per month depending
